I first spotted this faux fur fashion trend on Kristin Cavallari when filming The Hills back in 2009 and, needless to say, I was instantly attracted to the look. Since then, it's become one of Hollywood's hottest trends.

Though I've never been one for animal prints and have always, and continue to be, against real fur, this faux fur trend is classic, glamorous, sophisticated and oh-so-chic.
Fashion icons Victoria Beckham, Kim Kardashian, Nicole Richie and Sarah Jessica Parker have all been seen sporting the faux fur out on the streets and even on the red carpets.

Faux Fur outerwear are available at various stores, including Michael Kors, Nordstrom, Macy's and even Forever 21.
